Spice and Dave

Good day everyone, it has been a while since I posted something on my blog site. Lately  and still until now, I've been very busy with life... Just an update to all, I want you to have a glimpse of our new addition to my family. Meet Spice and Dave (cockatiels). We got them this past April when they were still 3 months old.

Winter Wonder Yard 2014 part 2

Winter Wonder Yard 2014 part 1

Hi everyone, some of you must have remembered our Winter Wonder Yard 3 years ago after the great blizzard here in Chicago in 2011. This time at 2014 we have it again, and here are some photos and videos I would like to share. This is our Winter Wonder Yard 2014, also in honor of the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics. Thanks to Kyle our neighbor who did much of the work.

Strawberry Turnovers

It's really freezing cold out here and staying indoor is.the best thing to do. So, I decided to bake Strawberry Turnover. It's one way of keeping the house warm as well.

Peace Pearl Bracelet

Found this cute Peace charm and decided to make a bracelet with pearls. So cute perfect for a gift.

These are the two bracelets I made over the weekend.

Sideways Cross Bracelet

This weekend was so cold that staying indoor was the best choice.  I was able to squeeze a little time for crafting.

Happy freezing New Year!!!

Happy New Year everyone. For this past couple days it has been bitterly cold here in Chicago. Yesterday we were at the high -18F (-27C) with a real feel of -45F. It was crazy. Staying indoors was the best option. I just want to share a couple pictures of my back yard.
